Order Acceptance

Please note that certain orders constitute improper use of MSKey.com and its services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Gift Card, eGift Card or PayPal account which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Pricing and Content

Information
We do our very best to provide you with excellent, competitive prices on our website. While MSKey.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, MSKey.com shall have the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item and notify you of such cancellation.

MSKey.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. However, we strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.

Customers employing mobile devices (such as the MSKey App) to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. Accordingly, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users.

Merchandise Content: MSKey.com attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
